Congratulations to you, dear Jeanettey, on the impending arrival of a baby girlie. Your sis told us the good news this morning and I yelped out loud despite myself. I'm so happy for you and Russell.
I have such good memories of being your roommate years ago, and taking my first international trip to see you, in Germany, on the coldest Rosenmontag in my living memory! Rental car to little teeny countries, Tipper hiding in your coat at the train station, crying in the Köln cathedral because a) it's so old it's SO OLD, and b) punk boys were peeing on the outside wall, amazing chocolate and wine and brezeln, icy wind whipping rain at us in some ancient castle in Koblenz, and you confidently shuttling us about to shop, museums, and hotels during a blizzard.
May you continue to confidently shuttle through life as a mom and wife, and continue to be the most cheery little person I think I've ever known... and the only one I've not ever wanted to smack for being so cheery! I love you!

Wow! I am famous!
