
Right? If it's June? Well, this is one summer meal I'd eat all year round. And probably will.
Tomatoes and mozzarella: Produce Place.
Bread: Provence, via PP.
Basil: my yard.
Olive oil: some small-town grocery store on an island in Greece.
Vino: courtesy my good neighbor Andrea.
This makes 90° on June 1 feel pretty nice.

I love this! I JUST bought mozz, and tomatoes today and grow my own basil, so Im going to be a copycat and eat this tomorrow! YEAH!

We had mozz-pesto-tomato paninis for supper tonight. YUM!
Wow. That looks SO good, and I don't even like raw tomatoes! If you need any more of that olive oil, I volunteer to go get it.
You know, I'm free for tomatoes and mozzarella anytime. I'm just sayin'.
If my (17) tomato plants all produce, I can make this happen!
