Daniel used to take the Crayola colors as gospel truth! One time I asked him to get me a pink towel out of the closet and he came back a few minutes later saying that he couldn't find a pink towel, but found a "mauvelous" one. He also described skin color according to the crayon box (peach, brownish-tanish). :-)
Nanette, I am so proud to know Daniel! A true artist. Kerri, everything is marketed. EVERYTHING. I didn't even try to add Indian Red... actually had some forethought for once.

What?! I loved blue gray (it was gray with personality!). And raw umber (it was better than brown).
Maybe I was weird.
...and... maybe you're not alone!

i'm old enough to remember 'flesh' as a color. my skin crawled at the word even at 4. wasn't there a "sap green"? because i think it sums me up.
"jazzberry jam" and "purple pizzazz?" REALLY? you're not trying to create a flavor at jamba juice; it's a CRAYON!! grrr...

i'm a little late to the comment game here, but i can't believe raw umber isn't a color anymore! how sad!
