Hello my few but faithful readers.
Here's something I'm interested in hearing about: In what do you delight? I'm working on my own list, which I plan on keeping handy to both yank my perspective back into place when necessary, and to attempt to practice gratitude on a way-more-often basis.
So holler at me, people. Let's hear it!

I delight in the obvious, friends, family and God. And the not so obvious, like spicy food, red wine and good books.
Exactly what the lovely first poster said! And a hot cup of coffee, and a quiet empty museum.
I delight in friendship, laughter, my son's giggles and hugs, nature, and heat sources in cold weather!
I delight in holding hands (husband and kids, remembering my grandmother even!), ice cream, board games, ocean smells and sounds, pink cake, matching dresses for little girls:) I could probably think of lots more!
I feel so late to the party, but I'll join in now, cause I love your question!
I delight in the smiles of my son and nieces. I delight in being able to spend quality time with friends who know well and still love me. I delight in finding promises and encouraging truths in God's Word. And today I delighted in driving through a little shower of leaves raining down.
I delight in fun and adventure, learning new things, making new friends, and reconnecting with people I love but do not see often enough. I delight in beauty. I delight in God. I delight in knowing that, no matter what I do or where I go, I am never alone.
And I delight in leaving comments on blogs.
I delight in feeling my children's arms tightly around my neck, in making them giggle, in hearing them giggle when they play with each other, I'm learning to delight in the change of seasons, the combination of flavors that create a great dish, my husband delighting in me, friends, a completed project that looks great. I think I could go on and on. Thanks for this question, Kristi; it's making me realize all the things I delight in.
